Club Premio – Polyglass Contractor Rewards Program
Program Rules & Terms (Effective January 1, 2026)
Program Overview
Club Premio is Polyglass’ exclusive contractor rewards program designed to recognize and reward professional roofing and waterproofing contractors for their loyalty and commitment to Polyglass products.
Participants earn points for qualifying purchases that can be redeemed for valuable rewards, including merchandise, gift cards, prepaid cards, and marketing support.
- Eligible Participants: Licensed roofing and waterproofing contractors registered with Club Premio
- Program Period: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
The program renews annually at Polyglass’ discretion. Details for the following year’s program will be announced in Q4 of the current program year.
Earning Points
Points are earned based on unit purchases of eligible Polyglass products through participating distributors.
Ways to Earn Points
- Distributor Data Feed – Points are automatically calculated from integrated distributor sales data. *Note: not all distributors are set up with direct data feed. Please check with your distributor or Polyglass to ensure your distributor is set up with Club Premio.
- Distributor Submission – Points are uploaded by participating distributors using a .CSV or designated template. *Note: not all distributors are set up to upload point submissions. Please check with your distributor or Polyglass to ensure your distributor is set up with Club Premio.
- Manual Claim Submission – Contractors may submit invoice claims directly for eligible purchases not captured through integrations. *Note: Invoices no longer need to be scanned or uploaded into the system. You will now submit through a spread sheet or claim line item via the portal.
Review & Approval:
Submitted claims are reviewed for eligibility. Points are awarded once purchases are verified. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
Contractor Registration & Eligibility
To participate in Club Premio, contractors must:
- Complete the Club Premio Registration Form
- Submit a valid EIN/W9 (beginning 2026)
- Identify purchasing distributors
- Register with participating distributors through their rewards portals
Each contractor will be assigned a unique Club Premio ID used for all transactions and reward tracking.
Participation is open to professional roofing and waterproofing contractors operating in the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec). Polyglass reserves the right to verify contractor eligibility and registration status at any time.
Rewards Redemption
Participants can redeem points for:
- Merchandise (via Hinda Rewards Catalog)
- Gift Cards
- Prepaid Cards (administered directly by Polyglass)
All redemptions are processed through the Club Premio platform.
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Redemption Processing
- Merchandise orders: In-stock items ship within 2 business days; out-of-stock items ship within 2 days of restock. Merchandise orders from the catalogue, can take up to six (6) weeks for delivery.
- eGift Cards: Delivered via email within 6 business days.
- Prepaid Cards: Fulfilled directly by Polyglass.
Minimum redemption thresholds may apply, and available items are subject to change without notice.
Reporting & Dashboards
Contractors and distributors have access to real-time dashboards displaying:
- Points earned
- Points redeemed
- Current balance and transaction history
Monthly performance statements and program updates will also be distributed via email.
Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Administration
Club Premio is administered by Polyglass USA, Inc. and its designated third-party rewards partners.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to professional roofing and waterproofing contractors in the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec) with a valid EIN. Polyglass reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify noncompliant participants.
3. Point Calculation & Accrual
- Points are awarded for verified purchases of qualifying Polyglass products from participating distributors or approved manual submissions.
- No points will be awarded for returned, refunded, or canceled products.
4. Bonus Promotions
Bonus offers may be made available during defined promotional periods and are subject to change. Details will be communicated through the Club Premio portal, email campaigns, or authorized Polyglass representatives.
Polyglass may offer promotional point multipliers based on:
- Specific SKUs or product bundles
- Geographic regions
- Defined promotion periods
- Bonus point cards (digital or physical)
5. Redemption Rules
Points may be redeemed at any time via the Club Premio portal. Minimum redemption thresholds may apply. Redemption options may vary by availability and region.
6. Point Expiration
Points earned during the 2026 program year expire on February 28, 2027. Unused points after this date will be forfeited.
7. Audits & Fraud Prevention
Polyglass reserves the right to audit submissions and account activity. Any misuse, including falsified invoices or duplicate submissions, may result in disqualification, forfeiture of all points, and/or legal action.
8. Program Changes & Termination
Polyglass may modify, suspend, or terminate the Club Premio program at any time. Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect at the start of the next calendar year.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding point accrual, redemption, or eligibility must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the issue date. All decisions by Polyglass are final.
Program Maintenance & Registration Terms
- Contractors must remain active in the program within a 12-month rolling period to maintain eligibility.
- Inactive accounts will be archived and removed from the active program roster.
- Archived members wishing to rejoin must re-register; previous data will be referenced to prevent duplicate accounts.
