General Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), which is hosted by Polyglass USA Inc, ("Company", "us", "our", and "we"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, including without limitation the terms and conditions set forth below, (collectively, the "Terms"); agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have obtained any and all permissions necessary to enter into and to be bound by these Terms. You understand and agree that Company will treat your access to and use of the Site as acceptance of these Terms from that point onwards.
Participation is not mandatory. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided to you. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time. You should check these Terms periodically for changes, through your continued use of the Site after we post any changes to these Terms, you are agreeing to accept those changes, whether you have reviewed them or not. These Terms may be supplemented by additional terms and conditions pertaining to specific content and activities or Rewards. Specific additional terms, conditions and other program guidelines may be contained on the Site and are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time.
Access to this Site and participation in the Program is the sole discretion of Company.
All point values displayed on the Site and associated are for Program administration purposes only. Points have no cash or monetary value. Points cannot be used as payment for or credits against any obligations to Company. Participant’s right to Points accrues only upon redemption, and not at any time prior thereto. Unredeemed Points are not obligations owing to you or property belonging to you and shall not in any circumstances be considered to have been abandoned or otherwise reportable or escheatable within the meaning of the abandoned property laws of any state or jurisdiction If you are disqualified from further participation in the Program, all unredeemed points shall be unredeemable and no additional points shall be available. Company reserves the right to audit and adjust points balances based on user or system errors at any time
Program participants must be current and in good standing with Company at the time of purchase in order to receive Club Premio Points. Delinquent accounts may be subject to termination in the program and/or loss or adjustment of points. Good Standing as defined by Company is not current on outstanding payment owed. This is determined by the due date on the invoice.
Redemptions & Rewards
To redeem your points and receive a reward, you must be enrolled in the Program. You may redeem points for rewards currently featured on the Site at the time of redemption. Shipment times vary and are noted on the Site upon redemption. There may be specific terms that are applicable to a Reward, please review those additional terms that are presented to you at the point of redemption prior to completing your request to redeem. When redeeming points, participants will not be able to redeem for any awards that exceed their current credit balance.
Rewards received may be considered taxable benefits depending on the legislation in the respective countries where the Program is available and the residence of the Participant. Any Federal and state income tax liability and any other federal, state, or local taxes are the responsibility of the participant. Award offers are void where prohibited by law. While every effort has been made to ensure that the data on this site is accurate, we are not responsible for errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to cancel, discontinue this Program at any time as determined by Company in its sole discretion.
Company reserves the right to terminate the eligibility of a Participating Company or Participant. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Program or any part of this Program should any non-authorized intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupts or impair the security, administration, fairness, or operation of this Program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and if terminated, at its discretion.
We reserve the right to disqualify any Participant and remove all associated Points if, in our sole discretion, Participant violates laws of the country in which that Participant resides and works or operates or if the Participant has repeatedly shown a disregard for, or attempts to circumvent, these Terms. A Participant that is suspected of fraud or other unlawful conduct, we will at a minimum place a hold on the Participant’s redemption activity during a review period. Company reserves the right, at their discretion to rectify any transaction or redemption for any error or omission.
You recognize quality products, and we want to recognize you. You have the opportunity to earn valuable rewards with Club Premio! Earn points to redeem for brand name merchandise, vacation getaways, the latest electronics, gift cards, Polyglass branded merchandise* and more!
Club Premio is available to licensed Roofing and Waterproofing Contractors. Contractors must be enrolled in the program and provide proof of purchase for participating products to begin earning points toward rewards.
This program is open to US & Canadian (excluding Quebec) participants only.
Eligible contractors that join as a member level may also register with Polyglass to become a Registered Contractor and have added access to Underlayment Warranties.
Reward Points Issuance
Participating contractors will earn Club Premio points by submitting purchase invoices for qualified Polyglass products based on the criteria below.
Qualified invoices submitted must contain:
- Invoice date – may be dated up to 180 days prior to date submitted
- The name of the distributor you purchased from
- The location of your purchase or distributor address
- Club Premio qualifying Polyglass roofing, coatings, & waterproofing products
- Price per unit
- Your Company Name
- Participating products – Click here to see participating products and their associated point values.
How to Submit Your Invoice:
Current Members: Log into your Club Premio account by using your Club Premio username or email address
New Members: Enroll in the program by filling out the registration form here, once approved you will get access to your Club Premio account
Go to the Submit Invoice page, it will automatically provide the option to access your camera or files on your mobile device, computer, or laptop.
You may choose to:
- Take a picture of your invoice
- Upload a scanned pdf or jpg image of your invoice (required for invoices with two or more pages)
Your Polyglass Q Rewards points will be awarded once participating products have been identified and approved.
- Make sure they are easily read
- May be uploaded with multiple pages in one file
- Can be uploaded via mobile device image to claim, via laptop or PC file upload
Polyglass reserves the right to audit and review all submissions and duplicate or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
Tracking Your Points
Under the My Account tab you will find a dashboard summary of your Purchases & Points. A monthly performance statement showing updated program details and reward point balance will also be emailed to you at the end of each month.
Reward Point Redemption
Club Premio points can be redeemed anytime throughout the program via the reward stores in the portal. Points and/or reward items cannot be exchanged and have no cash equivalent.
Your reward point’s balance will be calculated and updated as invoice submissions are approved, participation in promotions and training will also add to your points balance. Club Premio points are available for redemption throughout the promotional period. You can view the tens of thousands of reward options available through the program by visiting the Rewards Store page in the portal. To redeem online, simply log in and browse through the shop of your choice. Gather your reward selections in the shopping cart and check out when you are ready. Once redemptions are submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment of your redemption confirming your order details and shipping information. Be sure to print and retain a copy of your confirmation information for future reference.
Merchandise rewards – In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days, other items shipped within 2 business days of coming into stock. You will be notified when an order has been dispatched.
eGift Cards will be sent via email within 3 business days of receiving the order.
*Polyglass branded merchandise store is only available to Preferred and Quantum Tiers.
